Meet Andrei, Co-Founder and the other half of A&A Naturals. Andrei inspired Afiza to turn her hobby into a business, and so to touch upon lives.

A graduate of the University of Vienna and a lawyer by profession, Andrei worked as a senior legal counsel both in Austria and Malaysia. From early on in his career, he held an interest in social dynamics, especially in the workplace. It surprised him to see many people forcing themselves to work from 9 to 5, but immediately changing form, becoming zealous worshipers, passionate choir members, or fantastic chess players when work was done.

Andrei dreams of creating a profitable business that treats its employees with respect and decency, and has personal well being at its core; a workplace that employees genuinely enjoy, and feel that they are doing something meaningful while earning a good living.

He strives daily to become a better man for himself. It is his firm belief that once people are at their best, they are good to those around them, and can become a source of inspiration for others.

In his leisure time Andrei likes to read, dance, and run. He is an avid traveller and is currently on a mission to discover his new home country off the beaten track.
